REGULAR MEETINGS – The regular monthly meetings of the Board of Trustees will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM and on the following Thursday’s at 3:30 PM; January 8, January 29, February 5, February 26, March 5, March 26, April 9, April 30, May 7, May 28, June 4, June 25, July 9, July 30, August 6, August 27, September 3, September 24, October 8, October 29, November 5, and December 3. All meetings will be held at the Township administration building. Notice of these regular meetings will be posted on the Township bulletin board, website, and social media. Any changes to this meeting schedule will be posted on the Township bulletin board, website, and social media.
SPECIAL MEETINGS – Notice of special meetings of the Board of Trustees will be posted on the Township bulletin board, website, social media, and will be provided by email to the local newspaper (the Warren Tribune-Chronicle) and any other person that requests same, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of such meeting, except in an emergency in which case the notice shall be given as soon as practicable.
Zoning Commission:
Weathersfield Township Zoning Commission Board meetings are open to the public and are on the Wednesday following the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM.
Board of Zoning Appeals:
Weathersfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals meetings open to the public and are held on the Thursday following the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM.
