REGULAR MEETINGS:
The regular monthly meetings of the board of Trustees will be
held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM and on the following Thursday’s at 3:30 PM; January 9, January 23, February 6, February 20, March 6, March 20, April 3, April 17, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 19, July 3, July 17, August 7, August 21, September 4, September 18, October 9, October 23, November 6, November 20, December 4, and December 18.
All meetings will be held at the Township administration building or by virtual technology as permitted by law. Notice of these regular meetings will be posted on the Township bulletin board and website. Any changes to this meeting schedule will be posted on the Township bulletin board and website.
SPECIAL MEETINGS:
Notice of special meetings of the board of Trustees will be posted on the Township bulletin board, website, and will be provided by email to the local
newspaper (the Warren Tribune-Chronicle) and any other person that requests same, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of such meeting, except in an emergency in which case the notice shall be given as soon as practicable.
Zoning Commission:
Weathersfield Township Zoning Commission Board meetings are open to the public and are on the Wednesday following the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM.
Board of Zoning Appeals:
Weathersfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals meetings open to the public and are held on the Thursday following the second Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM.
